I recently met my sister and her family for brunch in Howth. We got one of those fabulous sunny Sundays which in Dublin can only mean two things: the schools are back (traffic, stress, crowds) & winter is around the corner.

Trying to take advantage of the sunny spell, I finally got to break in my Natalie B Coleman hero tee and opted for grey, light summery skinny jeans to keep it comfy.

Although the wind kept on getting in the way, I enjoyed a very tasty ice cream after a massive  breakfast in the House. This was my first venture into this restaurant but I'm already a fan. I just wish I knew about the outside seating area at the back - in weather like this it would have been great. Either way, the pancakes and mussels are rather perfect so do try if you're ever out that direction.
